Homeowner Sentrl is developed, owned and operated by Stewardship Properties in Jefferson Iowa. This service statement shall be understood and agreed upon by all users of services provided by the brand service Home-Owner Sentrl. The terms (us), (we), (our), and (personnel), shall be understood to mean Stewardship Properties, Home-Owner Sentrl and individuals who directly provide the service implementation of Stewardship Properties Brand Service, Home-Owner Sentrl.

Free Information Content

All users have access to view information and participate in many activities without registering an account. If a registered account is required to participate in certain activities and services, you the user will be given an alert for the requirement if you select an activity which requires a specific registration.

Paid Membership Plans

Provide one (1) month of service to the corresponding selected plan of benefits. Plan cancellation is accessible from the “My Subscriptions Page”. Plans are due to be renewed each month. Payment is required to maintain the membership in active status including unused bonuses if applicable, in the member account. Bonuses received may be lost if the subscription account is not renewed on the due date. You the member will receive a notification reminder, if you choose to receive notification communications. You, the subscriber must choose to receive notifications from Home-Owner Sentrl to receive alerts for payment due date. You, the subscriber, may also select the option to participate in monthly automatic payments using Electronic Funds Transfer payment method.

Access Account Information and Settings

Members’ access to account settings are available on member private account pages. To request a copy of your collected data and/or delete your data, submit your request using the contact form. When you click the link, the page will open in a new window, allowing you to keep the policy page open.

Home-Owner Sentrl publishes information and resources to benefit all users. Resources made available may be updated at any time. Home-Owner Sentrl strives to offer high quality performance for all. Valuable third-party resources are selected to enhance user benefit and may be updated or changed at any time. If a change in service is likely to have direct impact to a subscriber existing service, subscriber will receive notice in advance of the change. The subscriber will also receive instruction to enable participation in the changed service feature with the option to decline.

Third Party Providers

Third party providers and affiliates maintain separate service policies. You, the user, are responsible for reviewing third party service policies before using third party resources and connectivity.
It is understood that Home-Owner Sentrl is not in control of third-party providers, maintenance, service, billing or performance. You the user agree to contact third party providers directly if you have a service need which is related to a third-party service you receive in connection with the service you receive by Home-Owner Sentrl services. You, the subscriber, agree to hold Stewardship Properties harmless in relation to any consequences incurred with your use of third-party service provider services.

You the subscriber agree that if you do not receive adequate response from a third-party service provider you will alert Home-Owner Sentrl using our contact form. Home-Owner Sentrl is committed to monitoring user satisfaction with all third-party service providers and will evaluate complaints with consideration for replacing service providers to best suit our subscribers.

Subscription Publishing

You, the subscriber, agree to publish relevant and truthful information which corresponds to the type of subscription you have purchased. The fields are provided in each subscription form to establish factual relevant information corresponding to the information service offered to users by Home-Owner Sentrl Publishing services. You, the subscriber, agree to provide information that is relevant, accurate, lawful, and wholesome, including image(s) content to be used in your published content. All violations will receive a pause from public view, and a notification will be emailed to the subscriber to correct the violation. Proration to subscription fees will not be applied during pause from public view period. You agree to use the contact form to request review of your violation correction. Your request will be reviewed within 24 business hours (Central Standard Time) Sunday through Friday. You will receive an update after your request is processed.

Additional Terms

Each subscription plan offered by Home-Owner Sentrl, contains terms and conditions to be understood and agreed upon in relation to the chosen subscription type. Terms and conditions which apply to each subscription plan are provided for review in the plan description before payment checkout.
